Just heard back from Dan Hayward, project manager at Seavey Island tern colony off the coast of NH.  The band number (1322-09499) is from a string that was ordered after he ordered his last shipment (string ending with 1322-09000).  I would have been stunned if this bird had been ringed on the coast, as I expect that the birds that are migrating up the CT river valley are inland Maine or Quebec breeders.
